Russ Dalbey and his top staff will be personally teaching and guiding you though every step of the business. Here's the story behind each headline speaker...

With more than 30 years of experience in business and education, Dr. David Winter has acted as the head educator since 2005, providing personalized guidance to students at workshops and training sessions.
Prior to his work at Dalbey Education, Winter founded the Denver branch of the Anthony Robbins Company where he provided hands on coaching and motivation for thousands of clients. Winter was also the owner and managing broker of his own real estate company. In his 17-year career he established himself as a sought after public speaker and a leading educator in the fields of professional motivation and business education.
Winter joined Dalbey Education in 2004 from Time-Life in Denver, Colorado where he served as the Sales Manager. In that role he interviewed, hired, trained, coached, and motivated a staff of up to 60 representatives.
Born in rural South Dakota, Winter moved to Wyoming to pursue a career in education. He received a Masters Degree and a Doctorate in Education. In addition, he served as a both a high school principal and Director of Research and Development for his school district.

As a native of Denver, Colorado, Michael Keiter brings over 20 years of real estate experience with him to Dalbey Education. Prior to joining Dalbey's coaching staff in 2009, Keiter had been working for himself as a full-time real estate investor and property manager since 1989. Michael loves the creative side of real estate and making deals come together. His enthusiasm for the note business is a great addition to the Dalbey family and his extended "hands-on" experience and superb motivational skills have helped inspire countless Dalbey students.
When Keiter isn't helping students succeed at Dalbey Education, you can find him behind the wheel of a dirt track modified race car speeding away to victory circle. He also enjoys golf, scuba diving, travel and skiing in Colorado's Rocky Mountains.

Tina Coats joined Dalbey Education in 2005 after spending five years as a successful mortgage broker in Arvada, Colorado. Her expertise in the finance industry and passion for teaching quickly landed her a role in Dalbey Education's coaching staff.
She now acts as Team Leader at live Boot Camps and also helps students succeed at all levels (including advanced students enrolled in the prestigious Executive Fast Track program).
Born and raised in Colorado, Coats is a proud mother of three who enjoys spending time with her family, rafting, hiking, and rock-climbing.

Patrick Keating had a truly diverse work experience prior to joining the teaching staff at Dalbey Education. He brings a unique insight in business management, coaching and problem solving to the team.
Previous to joining the Dalbey Education staff, Keating spent a decade in the interior design and furniture industry where he developed his marketing skills. Over the past decade Keating has been active in the real estate market, recently purchasing his retirement property for less than fifty cents on the dollar!
Keating loves to teach and support all of Dalbey Education's students in their endeavors towards success. In his spare time, he enjoys photography and playing guitar at local restaurants.
While promoting his own business, Patrick became a master at presenting himself to clients and is now a sought after advisor to students preparing to present themselves as experts in their field.

One of the stand-out members of the coaching staff since 2004, Matthew Stojak is responsible for guiding Dalbey Education students through all aspects of business creation, marketing and deal structuring.
He has extensive experience in the secondary cash flow market, banking and finance, and creative advertising practices.
Before joining Dalbey, Stojak worked in the leasing department at a major bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his schooling at the University of Wisconsin and Fox Valley Technical College. He currently holds two degrees in Graphic Arts.
Stojak began his career at Dalbey Education in the Course Counselors department, and then moved to the Coaching Team over five years ago to allow him to work more closely with students.

Brad Gebben plays a crucial role on Dalbey Education's Coaching team as one of Dalbey's top coaches.
He brings with him an extensive educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and now pursuing his Masters at Colorado Technical University. Not only is it Brad's education that makes him a great mentor but his experience, patience and encouragement make him a highly sought after member of our team.
Born and raised in Michigan, Brad came out to Colorado to do what he loves most, go fishing, camping and snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains.

Justin came to Dalbey Education with a solid track record of customer service management in "high stress" industries. From that experience, he brings a calm and understanding demeanor to all of Dalbey Education clients as they embark on the life-changing experience of starting and growing their own success stories.
His educational background, a Communications degree from Luther College in Iowa, helps him make the note business "come to life" at our live events. Justin also enjoys guiding students to follow through after events so they can bring their own note businesses to life.

Devin Braden joined Dalbey Education’s Success Counselors staff in 2004. Since then, his fervent dedication and commitment has helped hundreds of students succeed in the cash flow business. Braden has served as Account Manager and was recently introduced as a top coach in Dalbey’s Educational Services to help even more students launch their note business and achieve their goals.
Braden earned his undergraduate degree – a Bachelors of Arts in both Anthropology and English – from the University of Colorado in Boulder. His passion for education and teaching is balanced by a lifelong love of music. An avid musician and music collector, Braden is an active participant in Denver’s live music scene.
