Andrew Steiner is a well-known cash flow expert who learned the intricacies of note business under his mentor Russ Dalbey and oversees the Institute’s Coaching teams. In that capacity, he has worked on hundreds of note deals and consulted with thousands of the Dalbey Education Institute’s students to build successful businesses.

Andrew is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable instructors in the cash flow industry, and is qualified to guide anyone towards success with notes.

Dr. David Winter has been the Institute’s head educator since 2005 and has more than 30 years of experience in business, education and motivational speaking.

David brings much more than just his proven teaching experience and note expertise to the Boot Camp event. It’s his limitless energy, enthusiasm and positive spirit that really inspire students to achieve their personal best.

Kenneth Gallup

Kenneth Gallup has been an intrinsic part of the Dalbey Education Institute’s teaching staff since 2004. Kenneth understands the note industry from top to bottom and knows what students need to do the complete their initial note transactions.

Kenneth has worked side-by-side with hundreds of cash flow finders as an instructor. His calm, responsive and approachable nature allows apprehensive new students to immediately relax, focus on the task at hand, and take all the right steps towards closing profitable note deals.

Patrick Keating

Patrick Keating
Coach

Patrick Keating is more than just a qualified note expert and accomplished teacher; his practical problem solving abilities and “people skills” also make him an excellent business coach. Patrick learned real-world business management skills as a community volunteer project leader and working in the furniture and interior design industry.

Patrick is a U.S. Air Force veteran who was stationed on Okinawa, Japan and has gone on extended wilderness expeditions. He is also an accomplished guitarist and musician.

What Should I Expect to Learn?

Our coaches will walk you through a live note deal from start to finish. As one of our Boot Camp students, you'll get a live step-by-step guide through the simple techniques Russ pioneered to master the art and science of business conversation and negotiation.

Through the entire course you will have our best in-house coaches to learn from every step of the way! This is something that is only possible by coming to our corporate office and doing it like the pros do! The best way to teach a newcomer the note business is to work with an experienced coach, together – IN PERSON. This type of hands-on guidance helps those new to the business learn to work smarter and faster, not harder and slower.

A Boot Camp with the top Dalbey Education Institute Coaching Staff represents an unprecedented opportunity to work side by side with the people personally trained by Russ Dalbey. This is an intensive, Boot Camp-style learning environment.

While you won't need to shave your head and wear army fatigues to our office, you should know - this is serious business! You'll get hours of not only firsthand note brokering experience, but also have valuable networking opportunities with note holders, coaches, experienced educators and other new students. 

You'll receive priceless business connections for continuing to grow your note business AFTER you leave our facility, to ensure that you'll be able to move forward once you're "on the outside."

Attire:

Business Casual dress is appropriate for your event. For men, this means collared shirts, sweaters, and casual or dress pants (ties or jackets are not required). Ladies are welcome to wear dress slacks or professional length skirts with a blouse or sweater. You will be seated for the majority of the workshop, so please use your best judgment to bring clothes that you will be comfortable in.

Additional Guests:

Due to limited space, we will not be able to accommodate any additional guests at the Boot Camp Sessions.

Workshop Related Books:

We will be giving you all necessary items at the beginning of your Boot Camp. We will not be sending any packages ahead of time.

The Denver International Airport is located approximately 45-60 minutes away from the Dalbey Education Institute and your hotel.

Local hotels recommend utilizing the Boulder Super Shuttle for transportation to and from the Denver International Airport. They do not require advance reservations. Accommodations:

All accommodations for the Dalbey Education Institute Boot Camp event will be at a luxurious 4-star hotel near our corporate office. Your reservation covers your accommodations during your visit as well as transportation between your hotel and our corporate office.

You will receive an email with your specific hotel information.

You may check in the day before your Boot Camp begins (after 3:00 pm); please check out by 12:00 noon the day after your Boot Camp. Your Boot Camp fee includes the cost of your hotel for the assigned number of nights, but please feel free to let us know if you need any additional nights at the hotel and we will be glad to assist you. Any additional nights will be charged to you at our corporate rate with the hotel.
